John Tsai has received numerous accolades, including the Master Medallion Club Award (2010-2018), and the President’s Club Award (2015-2018). Reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad lead him to launch his real estate career in 2006. Day by day, John puts his clients first, endeavouring to find home buyers their dream home and to provide home sellers the highest possible return on their investment.
John moved to the Lower Mainland from Taiwan as a young child and was raised in Vancouver and Burnaby. He now lives in Yaletown and enjoys his proximity to the water as well as his five-minute commute to his office space in Gastown. His goals for the future include building a team that manages 400 transactions a year, creating a rental-property portfolio, becoming an author, and giving back by through charitable contribution and by inspiring other Realtors. It’s no surprise that John grew up dreaming about building high rises.
John’s guilty pleasures are his daily visits to Facebook and Instagram—“It’s an addiction,” he says—and he cites Terminator as the movie that’s most inspired him, because “he’s indestructible. He just keeps coming back until he’s achieved his goal.”

She is excited to see how the city will evolve in the next 10 years, and looks forward to serving her clients during that time.
In her free time, Gloria likes to play classical pieces on her piano. If she could spend a day with anyone in the world, she would sit down with public speaker and pastor Rich Warren.

Lili Zhen entered the real estate industry in 2013, and joined The John Tsai Group in 2014. Her goal is to bring the utmost value to her clients, whether that is getting the highest dollar amount for sellers or helping buyers find their perfect home. Drawn to team environments, with a love for collaborating with others, Lili always enjoys going into the office.
In the next ten years, Lily looks forward to being a part of a high producing real estate team that serves Greater Vancouver at the highest level. After work, she enjoys relaxing at home with the company of her husband and her French bulldog, Nigel, and hopes to grow her family one day.
Travelling is one of Lili’s favorite hobbies, with her last adventure taking place in New York. Not surprisingly, you can always count on finding a copy of Vogue on her coffee table.

To Bonnie, community is where you be supported by like-minded individuals, where there is a sense of belonging and security in your surroundings. She appreciates trust and loyalty in friends and always lives by the motto of when there’s a will, there’s a way.
Outside of work, you can find her travelling, doing yoga and meditation, hiking and woodworking. Her favourite hidden gem? Garibaldi Lake. You’ll also find The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho on her bedside table.

Jeff Kang joined The John Tsai Group in 2018, and is passionate about meeting others to support their unique real estate objectives and goals. For Jeff, community is a space that is no longer contained. Rather, community is anywhere where a diverse group of people bond together under a common umbrella; whether it be where you live or where you work. The most rewarding part of his job is when he gets to hand over the keys to a place that can now be called a home.
Born in Korea and raised in Burnaby, Jeff regularly seeks personal growth and knowledge about the industry. He starts his mornings off with a warm shower and a balanced breakfast before heading off to support his clients. Outside of work, Jeff has a keen interest in playing with electronics, including dismantling and putting together computers and audio devices.
On his coffee table, a book about Genghis Khan, a PS4 and a pair of Nintendo Switch Controllers can be found. His perfect meal involves a half neutral, half spicy hot pot filled with the freshest meat and vegetables.
